Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long, and I offer an optional guided meditation at the end for a total of one full hour. Please plan accordingly.

As a private-pay, out of network provider, I don't bill insurance companies directly. I can provide monthly superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your health insurance provider directly, prior to your first appointment, to learn about your benefits and plan.
-
I offer a free 20-minute consultation call as an opportunity for you to learn how I work, for me to learn about your concerns, and for us to determine whether your goals for therapy align with my expertise.
I offer a limited number of client spots at a discounted rate to make services accessible to those who need a more affordable option. Please inquire about this during your consultation call.
-
I accept cash, check, credit card, and payment apps.

Please dress in layers to ensure comfort in case of changes in weather. Protect your skin from the sun and bring water. I recommend walking on the beach barefoot if you're comfortable. Wearing a hat is preferred over wearing sunglasses, but don't hesitate to use a pair on bright days.
