Outdoor Therapy
Walk on the Beach with your Therapist
for Adults and High School Seniors
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have been serving clients in the Los Angeles area since 2011, and on the beach since 2016. My work is founded on deep listening, compassion, and connecting with nature. I specialize in treating grief and anxiety disorders, including panic, agoraphobia, social anxiety, health anxiety, and generalized anxiety disorder. I include in my treatment plan the impacts of climate change and other local and global crises. In my work with adults and high school seniors, I take a direct approach in finding gentle solutions to current or long-standing challenges, focusing on building resilience while healing.
Would you rather walk on the beach than sit face-to-face in an office?
Do you benefit from being outdoors in nature?
Are you a high school senior who would like to learn new ways to respond to your challenges?
YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE!
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, grief, health, or relationship problems, we will work collaboratively to find the best ways for you to discover your authenticity, restore, heal, and thrive in a changing world.
